I spent adolescence being a people-pleaser, like my mom. My twenties were in excess, secretly being a “bad girl”, continuing the drug use, like my dad. Becoming a mom in my thirties brought all parts of me to the surface. The last decade I’ve kept myself front and center as I embody the most important title of my life.
I’m Kelly and I’m a mom.
It is my family counseling career, my wellness coaching and personal training labels, and my twenty years working in the mental health field that bring me here, as host of this incredible community of moms who want to live consciously and parent through modeling.

Parenting is hard. We are navigating raising children amongst absolute chaos. It’s heartbreaking, overwhelming and scary.
What our children are being asked to walk through – or run from – is going to test the limits of their nervous system as well as the family system. We can’t do it alone. The last four years have reinforced the importance – the need – for connection. Humans long for belonging and thrive in community.
So much of parenting is modeling. What we are feeling, saying, doing, and being will impact every cell of our children. OUR nervous systems need some attention. Our Mom Community is the space where we strengthen our daily habits of self-care. For us. For them.
Frequently Asked Questions
Tell me more about the classes and gatherings. Is it informal? Informal, yes, we embrace an emergent curriculum which allows us to follow the interests and needs of the group, so each month and season will be structured differently. A constant each week include (not limited to) our Daily Workout, offering 20-30 minutes of exercise every Monday – Friday. We also focus on live opportunities for us to Meal Prep, Organize and Meditate together each month. Moms often show up in their pajamas, with their kids bouncing from room to room, in-between meetings and during lunch breaks. Between live classes and gatherings moms engage with our daily feed which is full of at-your-leisure opportunities to stay connected and self-reflected. Everything is recorded for anytime viewing, 24/7 access.
When are classes usually held? Varies. We meet as early as 6:00AM for a workout, or as late as 7:00PM for a moon meditation, and anywhere in between! Times and classes vary depending on community needs. Guest speakers join us with a wide schedule. All classes are recorded for 24/7 viewing.
How long is the membership? Can I cancel at any time? With our rolling enrollment, you can sign on whenever it best aligns for a 3-month commitment. How often you participate is up to you during those three months.
Tell me about the moms who already joined. How old are their kids? Any single moms? Our mom group is made up of mamas who are ready to put themselves on the priority list, snagging mini moments with new daily practices, while developing connections with their new village: moms who get it. Our current mamas are parenting children from toddlers to twenties. Yes, we are a group of single moms, coupled moms and in the process of uncoupling moms. All mamas (and all age kiddos) are welcome.
What are the parent/child opportunities? Movement and Meditation based, with Kelly and the team, such as short & silly workouts, seasonal & craft based rituals, and moon meditations. The possibilities are endless. Special guests can create space for a parent/child component.
Special guests? Such as brain basics, leadership, international peace builder, and reiki. Guest classes are recorded for 24/7 access.
